Wide Format Stocks

• Select Inventory from the Navigation Menu Panel.
• Click New.

An example wide format stock is shown in the screenshots below.

Use the Tool Tip icons (i) to help guide you through the fields in each section.

In the screenshot below you will see that this stock is setup to Price By Square Feet, the Price Per is set at 1, and the Price Scale is set with a Cost of $0.20. This translates to $0.20 per 1 square foot. 

You can also list the entire Square Footage of the Roll and the Price of the Roll in Price Scales. The system will produce the same results and this is strictly user preference.

The Printed Markup is defaulted at 40% and the Blank Markup (if you are not printing on the stock) is set at 80%.

The Cutting section has been left blank since wide format stocks will not be cut using a traditional guillotine cutter. The Wide Format Cutting Department Item can be used to charge for wide format cutting based on the Flat Size Perimeter of an item.
