Custom Export
DocketManager offers a wide array of Reports. In place of creating and managing custom reports for different user needs we have developed our Custom Export feature.
Navigate to Settings > Admin > Custom Export where you will see two tabs.
- Customers / Contacts
- Orders / Items
Customers / Contacts
A custom report can be created by checking the boxes next to the selections listed on the right side of the window. The left side of the screen offers search functionality that will limit the results to match specific search criteria.
Orders / Items
The same functionality is also available with selections and search criteria specific to orders and items.
Smart Lists
Once you enter search criteria or make a selection you will see a Save icon appear next to All above the Customer / Contact - Orders / Items tab. This save feature allows you to save the selections for later use. This Smart List feature can be found throughout DocketManager.
To access a previously saved Smart List, click the down arrow to the right of the word All.
