Portals / Themes

A Theme provides a default for the layout and design of a portal. The same theme can be used for multiple portals or you can create a theme for each portal.

A Portal is a specially designed website that serves as the point of access for online retail sales. Depending on your company and customer needs, multiple portals can be created.

Security

Security allows you to create security roles for your Web2Print clients. These settings are applied at the contact level to allow or restrict what each user can see online.

External Components allow you to direct your Web2Print clients to a specific portal using iframe code on a different site such as your company website.

Products

Products are versatile and can be utilized for Online Ordering, Point of Sale, and Added to Quotes/Orders as a predetermined Order Item Template.
