Communications

The Communications panel will display any emails that are sent specific to this order item. An example of this would be a Proof Approval email. 

Location 

Thumbnails are located on the right side of the New Item Page.

Communications Overview

Once a Proof Approval email is sent the Communications panel will update to display the status of the email. 

Communications Statuses

There are 4 different communication statuses:

• Sent
• Delivered
• Opened
• Failed

A table of all Communications can be found under Settings > Communications > Records
