By default, any emails sent from your DocketManager system are spoofed to appear to be coming from your email address which can sometimes cause deliverability issues. To send directly from your email domain and avoid these issues we offer the option to validate your domain for direct sending in our Mailgun server. In order to validate your domain we will need you to add three DNS records to your domain through your domain host. 


Please click on the Issue button in the bottom left corner of your DocketManager screen and then click Submit a Ticket to start this validation process.
