Records - Editing a Record

Step     Action

  1.      Select {Settings} and then select {Records} under Communications.

  2.      Hover mouse over the name of record to be edited. A pencil icon will appear on

             the right-hand side of the name. Select the pencil icon. The selected Email

           page will open.


  3.     Make required changes.

  4.       Select {Send}. A results window will pop-up to confirm email successfully sent.

  5.       Select to close pop-up results window.
