The way that products will appear online is based on how they are sorted on each portal. 

To Sort Products on a Portal:

Step      Action

  1.        Select {Settings} and then select {Online Configuration} under Online Ordering.

  2.        Select the portal to be edited by clicking on the portal name. 

            The Portal view page will open.

  3.       Select {Sort} under Products section. An Edit Product Sort modal will open. 

  4.        Sort products listed under each group by dragging the triple bar icon ☰ on the left-hand 

             side of each item upwards or downwards to rearrange the order.

             Note: Items can only be rearranged within existing product box. Items cannot be moved 

             between product boxes. These boxes are based on the catalogs set on each product. For

  5.        Select {Save}. A results window will pop-up to confirm sort order updated.
