Every email sent through DocketManager is kept in the records section and can be viewed as well as edited and resent. The status of the records can be tracked through our Mail Gun API integration.
Editing a Record
Step Action
1. Select {Settings} and then select {Records} under Communications.
2. Hover mouse over the name of record to be edited and select the pencil icon that
appears on the right-hand side of the name.The selected record's modal will open.
3. Make required changes.
To edit the Attachment:
- Select the attachment. The Edit Document modal will open.
- Select {Edit} on the bottom right-hand side of the modal.
- Make required changes.
- Select {Update}. The updated file will attach to the record.

4. Select {Send}. A results window will pop-up to confirm email successfully sent and a new record will generate.
