The Supply View page is divided into the following sections:

Description
Supply Information Boxes
These boxes provide general information about the selected supply.
On Hand - shows all the supplies on hand in the shop minus what has been pulled
Available - shows all the supplies on hand in the shop minus what has been pulled and allocated
Total Value - shows the total value of selected supplies on hand
Average Monthly Use - shows the average amount of selected supply used monthly
This Year - shows the total amount of selected supply used this year
Last Year - shows the total amount of selected supply used last year
Supply Details
This shows general details for the selected supply:
NotesThis shows any Notes for this supply. 
  • New Notes can be added by clicking on the + icon.
  • Notes can be edited by clicking on the pencil icon.
  • Notes can be deleted by clicking on the garbage can icon.

Price Scales
This shows Price Scales for tiered pricing.
To edit, add, or delete Price Scales. See Supply - Pricing.
Monthly Usage
This shows the total amount of the selected stock used each month.
InventoryThis shows each purchase order using this stock. Each purchase order expands to see inventory received, manual adjustments, and orders that used the stock.
