The Customer View page is divided into the following sections:

Print StatementGenerates a printed statement for the selected customer.
Email StatementOpens an Email modal with a statement attachment for the selected customer.

Records Opens a Records modal for this customer.
Customer
Information Boxes
These boxes provide general information about this customer.
Total Balance - shows the total balance of all customers orders. A breakdown of 30-60-90 balance can be viewed by hovering mouse over Total Balance box.
Current Order - shows the total value of current orders.
Active Quotes - shows the total value of active quotes.
This Year - shows the total value of orders this year.
Last Year - shows the total value of orders last year.

Average Days to Pay - shows the average number of days it takes for an order to be paid.
Customer DetailsThis shows general details for this customer including:
  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • Website
  • Additional Contact Info (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Sales Rep
  • CSR
  • Graphic Artist
  • Billing Address
  • Shipping Address
  • Customer Tags
  • Ship Type
  • Invoice
  • Terms
  • Discount
  • Credit Limit
  • Requires PO
  • Tax Type(s)


Note: Details will not not display if the customer has not provided that information (e.g. Phone Number will not display if the customer did not provide a phone number)

ContactsThis shows any Contacts for this customer.

  • New Contacts can be created by clicking on the icon.
  • Contacts can be edited by clicking on the pencil icon.
  • Contacts can be deleted by clicking on the garbage can icon.
  • A sub-action menu will open using the vertical ellipses.

FilesThis shows any Files for this customer.
  • New Files can be added by clicking on the icon.
  • Files can be edited by clicking on the pencil icon.
  • Files can be downloaded by clicking on the download icon.
  • Files can be deleted by clicking on the garbage can icon.

Notes

This shows any Notes for this customer.

  • New Notes can be added by clicking on the icon.
  • Notes can be edited by clicking on the pencil icon.
  • Notes can be deleted by clicking on the garbage can icon.

TasksThis shows any Tasks for this customer.
  • New Tasks can be added by clicking on the icon.
  • Tasks can be edited by clicking on the pencil icon.
  • Tasks can be marked as completed by checking the box.
  • Tasks can be deleted by clicking on the garbage can icon.

OrdersThis shows any Orders for this customer.
  • New Orders can be created by clicking on the icon.
  • A sub-action menu will open using the vertical ellipses.

QuotesThis shows any Quotes for this customer.
  • New Quotes can be created by clicking on the icon.
  • A sub-action menu will open using the vertical ellipses.

ItemsThis shows any Order, Quote, or Product Items for this customer.
  • On the Orders and Quotes tabs, hovering mouse over an item will display a vertical ellipses. Clicking on the vertical ellipses will open a sub-action menu.

SummaryThis allows for the item summary to be displayed. 

Note: The summary is informational and cannot be printed. For more information, see General - Item Summary.
EditThis will redirect you to the Item Edit page.
WorkorderThis allows for a workorder to be generated for printing or downloading.

Workorder document options can be customized. For more information, see Documents - Creating a New Document.
DeleteThis allows for the item to be deleted. 
  • On the Products tab, new products can be created by clicking on the icon.

AccountingThis shows any balances, payments, and entries for this customer.

BalancesClick on the Order#/Name to redirect to the Order view page.
PaymentsClick the pencil icon to edit the payment.
Click the + icon to add a new payment.
EntriesClick the Entry name to view the entry.
Click the + icon to add a new payment.
