A Job Template is a tool that can be used to prefill specifications on an item more quickly. It can be used when adding items to orders or products. Once a job template has been added as an order or product item, changes made to the job template will not live-up date to the item. This is to ensure that pricing changes are not applied to an item that has already had custom pricing applied to it. 


If you would like the item pricing to update based on your template, you would need to refresh the job template on the item.



To refresh the job template:

Step    Action 

  1.      From the Item view page, select the pencil icon to enable edit mode.

  2.      Select Details tab.

  3     Select refresh icon on the right-hand side of Job Template field.

  4.      Select {Save}.
