Commission amounts are based off of the Item Total. The commission can be set as a dollar amount or a percentage.

Default commission contacts can be added on the customer level, meaning the designated commission contacts will be used for each item on an order placed for this customer. 

Commission Contacts can also be assigned manually on the item level.

If an item has a commission contact added, the commission details will appear on the item pricing tab.

The name of each commission contact, their commission rate, and their commission amount for this item will display.
