DocketManager has many system generated reports but you may find their isn't a report for your specific needs and you would like to generate something more customized.
Custom exports is a tool that allows you to generate an export .CSV, with only the selected parameters applied. The custom export parameters can be saved, allowing them to be pulled up to generate a custom report whenever needed.
To create a custom export:
Step Action
1. Select {Settings} and then select {Custom Export} From the Admin section.
2. Set the export parameters using a combination of column selection and search filters.
Note: Export cannot be created using search filters only. At least one column must be selected or export
will appear blank.
Tip: Before creating the smartlist, you can select {Export} to generate the .CSV file and confirm the
report results.
3. Select the floppy disk icon to the right of Custom Export page header.
A Save Smart List modal window will open.
3. Enter a Name for the Smart List.
4. Select {Save}.
The export parameters are now saved and this can be used as a custom report.
Using a Smart List to Generate Custom Export
Step Action
1. From the Customer Export page, select {All} to open the Smart List drop-down menu.
2. Select the desired Smart List. The page will refresh and the Smart List name will now
appear to the right of the search page name.
3. Select {Export}.
