A Time clock entry can be edited if an employee forgets to clock in/out.


Note: Access to edit timers will depend on a user's security role. 


Editing Time Entries

Step      Action

  1.       Select {Settings} and then select {Time Clock} under Admin.

  2.       Hover mouse over time entry to be edited and select the pencil icon that appears on the right-hand

            side of the time entry. A modal Records window will open.


  3.       Hover mouse over time entry to be edited and select the pencil icon that appears on the right-hand

            side of the time entry. An Edit Entry modal will open.


   Note: A New entry can also be created for this user by selecting {New}. This will open a New Entry modal similar to the modal below. For more information, see Time Clock - Adding a Time Entry.  

  

  4.       Make required changes.

  5.       Select {Save}. A results window will pop up to indicate the entry has been successfully saved.
