Order Due Options are a quick way to set due dates on items. By default they set the due date for each department that would be required in order to meet the overall deadline. These dates are just a default and can be changed at order item level for a specific job.
If your order due options are not populating correctly, it may be:
- Time Sensitive has not been toggled to Yes. This would prevent time stamps from being added to the order due options, allowing only a date to be set but not a specific time on that date.
- An Item Due Date has been used as reference date on an online product. An item due date cannot be set on an online product and doing so will cause the order due dates to calculate incorrectly based on the products original creation date.
