Press Groups are a way to organize your presses to make them easier to find when adding them to quotes and orders. These options can be customized to suit your business needs.



The press groups can be:

  •  General according to the format of the printers

 Example:   Press Group = Digital 

          Presses in 'Digital Group' = all digital presses 

  • Specific to the type of printer and list the instances (what the printer can do) under it. 

Example:   Press Group = Kodak NexPress 

     Presses in 'Kodak Nexpress Group' = NexPress Dimensional, NexPress Flat Black, etc.


Press groups can be created in Settings > General or when you are creating/editing a press as well.
