When setting up roll stock, it is important to first determine if you will be using linear feet or square feet for your roll stocks.

Price By: Select either 'Linear Feet' or 'Square Feet' from the Price By drop-down.

Size: Enter as W x 1 or W x 12 (ie. 36" x 50' roll, the size you would enter is 36 x 1)

Cost: Value entered depends on how cost was provided by the supplier. 

• Cost for the whole roll
• Cost per foot

Package Quantity: Enter the total number of feet for the roll.

Price Per: Value entered depends on how cost was entered.

• If the cost is for the whole roll, enter the total number of feet for the roll.
• If the cost is per foot, enter 1.
