New items (on orders, quotes, and products) can be added in multiple ways from the Items table:

  • Quick Add
  • From Template
  • From Scratch
  • From Group Template

Existing items can also be inserted.


Items - Quick Add:

To add a new item using Quick Add, see Items-Quick Add.



Items - From Template:

Step     Action

  1.       Select {New} under Items and then select {From Template}. An {Add Job Template

            modal will open.


  2.       Select templates to be added by checking box to left-hand side of the item's Group. To add 

            all items, check box on the left-hand side above Group column.     

  3.       Select {Add}. 

  4.       A results window will pop-up to confirm the items that have been created from template. 



Items - From Scratch:

To add a new item from scratch, see Items-Creating a New Item from Scratch.



Items - From Group Template:

Step     Action

  1.       Select {New} under Items and then select {From Group Template}. An {Add Group 

            Products} modal will open.


  2.       Select templates to be added by checking box to left-hand side of the item's 

            Group. To add all items, check box on the left-hand side above Group column.     

  3.       Select {Add}. 

  4.       A results window will pop-up to confirm the items that have been created from template. 



Items - Insert:

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Insert} under Items. An Add Item modal window will open.

  2.       Select templates to be added by checking the box to the left-hand side of the Item #. To add 

            all items, check box on the left-hand side above Item # column.    


  3.       Select {Add}.  A results window will pop-up to confirm the items successfully added to the 

            order.
