Projects

A list of all unique templates generated online. Allowing you to make adjustments, and download a revised file, if necessary.

  • Project actions can be made by clicking the project or using the three dot menu on the right.


Prod. specifications

Product Specifications is a list of all your template products. They are configurations that define the product type, associate with a design, mockups, and data sets, and are linked to your DocketManager > Online Ordering > Products.

Assets

  • Designs - Import InDesign (.idml) or Photoshop (.psd) designs, or start from scratch in Customer's Canvas with a New Design File.
  • Mockups - Currently being stored under Assets > Images > Mockups Folder. Providing customers with a realistic mockup preview for the product they are customizing.
  • Images - Store and organize mockups, images, photos, logos, and backgrounds that can be utilized by customers when personalizing templates. Supporting AI, BMP, GIF, JPEG, JPG, PDF, PNG, PSD, SVG, and TIFF file types.
  • Fonts - Import TrueType or OpenType fonts for use in customizing templates.
  • Color Profiles - Import Source and Destination ICC Color Profiles, to make sure that colors are correctly converted between RGB & CMYK.

Data Schema

  • Data Sets - Define sets of prefill options, offering users a dropdown menu selection when customizing Data-Driven Editor Template Designs.
