To update stock pricing, you need a .csv file from the supplier with updated prices. Our import tool will ask you which columns in the .csv file represent which columns in your stock inventory. Then you will be able to map over this information with the updating pricing.


To update the pricing:

Step    Action  

  1.      Select {Settings} and {Stock}. Select the {Stock Import} tab.

  2.      Under the Stock Price CSV import tool, drag and drop or choose your .csv file to import.

  3.      Select {Map}. A popup will confirm that imported CSV headers are ready to be mapped.


           Note: Below is a sample image for the columns you will select when importing a typical Spicers list 

           of stock. Each supplier is different though, so please select the columns that match your information.



      4.      Select {Update}. A popup will confirm the number of successful matches that were found.
