When you post an order, it should automatically move to the Completed queue (by default) when you click on Actions > Post and the order posts successfully. To confirm this, you can check the Activity log for each item. 


To check Activity of Order Items:

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Orders} and then select the order number you wish to examine.

  2.       In the Items table, click on the vertical ellipses next to the item you wish to examine.

  3.       Select {Activity}. A modal window should come up confirming the past activity.




If you find an item is not in the production queue it should be, and you would like to adjust it, you can use the Move function:


To move Order Items:

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Orders} and then select the order number you wish to examine.

  2.       In the Items table, click on the check boxes of the Item(s) you wish to move to the correct queue.

  3.       Select {Move} and select the correct queue in the dropdown menu.

  4.       Select {Save}. A message will confirm the item has been moved to the correct queue. You can also                     confirm by looking at the Queue column in the Items table.
