Preferences

Are you looking to receive custom notifications and emails when certain actions occur in DocketManager? Follow the directions below to set up Notifications and Email preferences.


Security Role Setting

  • Navigate to Settings > Admin > Security and click on a Role to Edit.
  • Scroll down to Other located in the right hand column at the bottom right of the page
  • Check the box next to Preferences
    This will enable Notifications and Emails

Account Setting

  • Navigate to Settings > Admin > Account and click on Edit Profile
  • Scroll down to Preferences > Notifications / Emails
  • Toggle settings to Yes to receive Notifications / Emails

Available Notifications

  • Payments
  • Quotes
  • Proofs
  • Inventory - Stocks
  • Inventory - Supplies
  • Inventory - Customer Goods

    Selecting All will hide the additional options within a Notification group.

Available Emails

  • Proofs
  • Invoices
  • Quotes
  • Shipping
  • Receipts
  • Entries
  • Statements
  • Transactional Statements

    Selecting All will hide the additional options within an Email group.
