On-Hand stock can be added by manually creating a PO or adding a PO adjustment.

Note: On-hand stock cannot be imported directly into DocketManager.

To Manually Create a PO:

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Inventory} and then select the PO tab.

  2.       Select {New} on the PO tab. A New PO edit page will open.             

  3.      Complete the Details fields. (For more detailed description of fields, see PO-Stocks)

           Notes: Status of PO must be pending before adding stock.


  4.      Select {Save}. The page will now show the number of the new PO.

       

Once the PO Details have been saved, stock can be added using Per Stock.


Adding Stocks to a PO - Per Stock

Step     Action  

  1.       Select {Add} under Stocks then select {Add Per Stock} from the drop-down. An Add 

            Stocks modal will open.


  2.        Select stock by checking boxes on the left-hand side. Check box above 

             Stock column to select all stocks. 

  3.        Select {Add}. The added stock will now appear under Stocks section.


Once the stock has been added, it can be marked as received. 

Note: The PO page must be refreshed before stock can be marked as received.


To mark stock as received:

Step     Action

  1.       From the PO edit page, select {Received}. A New Received Record modal window will open.

  2.      Enter value quantity received for each stock item.      

  3.      Select {Add}. A pop-up window will confirm stocks have been received and purchase order 

           has been set to received/received partial.


To manually adjust stock:

Step     Action

  1.       Select {Inventory}. The page should open on the Stock tab. Located the desired stock and 

            select the stock's name to open the Stock view page.

  1.       From the Stock view page, select {Adjustment} under Inventory. 

            An Adjustment Record modal window will open.    

 

  2.       Enter positive (stock increase) or negative (stock decrease) quantity value.

  3.       Select {Save}. A results window will pop-up to confirm Adjustment Record 

            successfully saved.
