Sometimes it is necessary to ship to a contact that is not available in your system. The contact name may be used once and therefore does not require being added as a Contact in the CRM. A custom contact can be added by following the instructions below.


Add a Custom Contact Name

  • At the Order level click on the + icon to the right of Shipments
  • Fill out the appropriate Shipment details
  • Hover over Destination Address and click the Edit pencil
  • Click on the Contact Dropdown
  • Type in the name of the Contact
  • Press Enter

Using Location Name in place of Customer Name ignores the Order Customer and uses Address Name instead.
